About Me
Professional Experience

My journey began in 2007 when I chose to leave my management career due to health issues. Driven by a desire to help others and inspired by my own life experiences, I trained as a counsellor.

I worked as a Mature Practitioner in a counselling service at a university in Leeds and established my private practice in 2014. I am a registered member of the BACP.
In my free time, I love to be creative with crochet, art and reading. I frequently participate in counselling workshops and engage in professional development related to counselling and psychotherapy.
