About Me
Professional Experience

My journey began in 2007 after suffering with burnout and health issues. I sought support through a therapist and finally recovered. Through my own experiences with anxiety and therapy, I had a desire to help others and began my training.

During 2009, I worked as a trainee counsellor at Leeds Beckett University Counselling Service. After qualifying in 2011, I became a mature practitioner until 2013. Then, I established my private practice in 2014 and have supported many clients for over 10 years.

As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to their ethical framework for counselling professions. I frequently participate in counselling workshops and engage in professional development related to counselling and psychotherapy. My passion is learning more about anxiety, trauma and the central nervous system.
In my free time and to aid self-care, I love to be creative with crochet, art and reading.
